If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving it. Returns are accepted for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

🔁 How to start a return:

Contact us at info@usekavaro.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond with instructions and the return address.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
💷 Refunds:

Refunds are made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

If the item was faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
